The
Epoxy Glass Grid single layer substrate reduces winding time while
maintaining gap space and mechanical strength in cast coil transformers.
It allows rapid flow and shorter casting time while minimizing
"dry spots". It is available slit-to-width and custom thickness
by request. Available for world-wide distribution.
- Material is available in standard
width or slit-to-width.
- Thickness and row spacing
of "buttons" can be adjusted to suit customer requirements
or based on winding diameters.
- Currently used in UL approved
systems

Production
of Winding Core Tubes and Support Blocks to begin soon.
Additional products in development stage, including addition of
steel slitting line. Rapid Prototyping services are currently
available. Some size limitations may apply. We can work from prints
